Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations .

• Monitor office supplies and maintain adequate inventory levels while ensuring cost-effective purchasing practices.
• Support budget tracking, expense management, and processing of administrative invoices and payments.
• Organize company events, meetings, business travel arrangements, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in workplace health, safety, and compliance matters in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
