Position Overview

  • You will be involved in drafting, reviewing, and editing documents, presentations, and reports

  • You will schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.

  • You will organize and prepare for internal and external meetings, including setting agendas and taking minutes, manage travel arrangements and process expense reports accurately and timely.

  • You will support special projects, research, and data analysis, assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring they have the necessary access and equipment.

  • You will act as the point of contact for the service team across APAC, managing communications, SCM related support including PR/PO process and office supplies.

  • You will handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
