In this full‑time, 40‑hour per week position you will lead a team of three, overseeing day‑to‑day administration operations while identifying opportunities to improve processes, develop your team, and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the administration team.
- Oversee day‑to‑day office administration and operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with the wider Dealership team and McDermid Auto Collective Administration and management.
