To provide administrative support to HR & Admin to ensure that the department is maintained in an effective, updated and accurate manner; but not limit to organizing filing system for important and confidential company documents and answer enquires
Receptionist duties
Open and distribute letter box, read and reply e-mails, record incoming and outgoing mails daily
Purchasing and managing office stationery & pantry supplies (including but not limited to PPE, uniforms)
Receiving of orders
Assist to call IT vendor to troubleshoot office equipments
Recording of in/out of IT equipments & documentation
Assist in the coordination for any events activities
Human Resource
Participate in workers recruitment co-ordination, including pass application, issuance, renewal, repatriation, transfer
