Position Overview

  • Answers and directs phone calls to designated point persons.

  • Receives/logs/delivers incoming documents to the concerned departments.

  • Assists in organizing and scheduling meetings and prepares the minutes of the meeting.

  • Assists in drafting and releasing presentation materials, emails, correspondences, memos, letters and forms.

  • Submits the Daily Activity Report (DAR).

  • Assists in the preparation and release/submission of regularly scheduled reports.

  • Files document and maintain the existing filing system.

  • Assists in the coordination and requisition of supplies and services as required.

  • File requests using the related internal and external systems.

  • Monitoring and managing of incoming and outgoing emails.

  • Other administrative or clerical task that will be assigned ...
