Position Overview

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Administrative Assistant  with our commercial real estate client in Santa Clara, CA. This is a 6-month contract with a potential for extension.



Pay: $21.00 - $22.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.



Schedule: M-F 8-5pm, Maybe OT | In Person



Description:

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.

  • Monitoring Outlook inbox in morning and throughout the day, responding to emails

  • Creating, closing out and reassigning Work orders

  • Running reports
