Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to provide day to day administrative and coordination support for a complex large scale infrastructure programme.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience preferably within large projects or corporate environments

  • Strong organisational and document management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders

  • Prior experience supporting infrastructure engineering or construction projects is highly advantageous

  • Middle East particularly UAE experience is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the programme team and senior staff

  • Manage correspondence reports and project documentation

  • Coordinate meetings calendars and travel arrangements
