Position Overview

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join a luxury real estate brokerage firm in Boca Raton, Florida. This Contract to permanent position requires a highly organized individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. The role primarily supports one of the Broker/Owners but also involves collaboration with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:
β€’ Prepare detailed reports and documents using Microsoft Excel and Word.
β€’ Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures and listing data for periodic campaigns.
β€’ Organize and maintain both physical and electronic client files in accordance with company policies.
