The Administrative Assistant will work for the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and the Institutional Advancement Office. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling administrative tasks for the Associate Dean, including typing, scheduling meetings, answering phones and other projects as assigned and will also work with the Institutional Advancement Office to handle record keeping responsibilities, including gift management and correspondence.


Responsibilities


+ Works directly with the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs on a wide range of administrative tasks and projects.

+ Provides administrative and secretarial support to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs including: scheduling meetings, preparing letters for signature, typing, answering phones, proctoring, and other tasks as assigned.
