Position Overview

            Job Responsibilities  Document Preparation, including checking for accuracy in legal contracts and notices 
Maintaining and entering data (e.g. payments received) into software systems into spreadsheets on a daily basis 
Processing payments received 
Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed 
Filing of physical and digital documents 
Providing other administrative support during lifecycle of Real Estate transaction eg file opening, warehousing, scanning and faxing. 
 Job Requirements  At least a GCE N/O/A levels or ITE tertiary or Diploma in Polytechnics 
Proficient with MS Office applications 
Organized and meticulous with initiative and good working attitude 
Ability to work in a team
