About the Role
Aston Carter is partnering with a well-established environmental services company in Elmhurst to hire an Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly—handling document preparation, managing files, supporting internal teams, and serving as a welcoming point of contact for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities

+ Edit and format documents including letters, reports, and presentations (Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat)

+ Scan and compile documents into finalized electronic files using standardized formats

+ Prepare and paginate reports (including testing and CEMS reports)

+ Answer and route incoming calls; screen and redirect inquiries appropriately

+ Greet visitors and provide a professional, welcoming front desk experience
