As a Project Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting project teams through a variety of administrative and coordination activities. Your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment will directly contribute to successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative and project support to the Advanced Manufacturing team
* Coordinate project deliverables and assist in tracking progress against deadlines
* Process invoices and support financial tracking activities
* Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate logistics for project teams
* Maintain and update project databases and tracking systems
* Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations
