Position Overview

Administrative Assistant (Order Processing & Operations Support)
Description
Provide administrative support for order processing and documentation. Role focuses on data entry, scanning, filing, and preparing documents for review. Will work closely with Aritxa (supervisor) and support purchasing and production teams.
Enter sales orders into ERP system (Sage 100)
Prepare and scan contract review documents
Send order confirmations to customers
Organize and file purchase orders, packing certs, and invoices
Maintain logs and type documents accurately
Support document flow for purchasing and AP processes
Perform general administrative tasks (data entry, scanning, filing)
