Administrative Assistant II – Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant II to support daily office operations and provide dedicated administrative services to our Rental Supplement Program. This role manages referrals, performs data entry, generates reports, and ensures smooth and efficient workflow across departments. The position also handles general administrative tasks such as preparing documents, managing incoming/outgoing communication, maintaining office supplies, supporting agency events, and assisting with special projects.

Approximately 50% of this role is focused on the Rental Supplement Program, including intake and screening of referrals, gathering documentation, tracking participant activity, generating weekly reports, scheduling appointments, and preparing purchase requests.
