Position Overview
**Job Description**
This is an administrative assistant position that will support various teams within the Operations Assurance function, including the director of the group.
The Operations Strategic Capabilities Unit plays a fundamental role in enabling efficient business and program execution from strategic capital investments, industrial operations and an efficient supply chain, to state-of-the-art manufacturing and test operations and top-notch facilities management.
**What You ll Do:**
+ Provide a wide variety of administrative tasks for programs, and associated program team members within Operations Assurance.
+ Maintain databases, records, spreadsheets; prepare various schedules and perform data entry, etc.
+ Prepare written documents, communications, and presentation materials for meetings and presentations.
+ Maintain program calendars and schedule meetings in Outlook.
+ Arrange meetings with internal and external customers.
