Insight Global is looking for an Administrative Assistant to work fully onsite for one of our client's in Kansas City. In this role you will be responsible for assisting the VP of Operations. The ideal candidate for this role is polished, organized, and has strong attention to detail. They will be responsible for ensuring all day-to-day operations run smoothly which includes coordinating schedules, facilitating meetings, and effectively communicating with colleagues of all levels. It is important in this role to be tech savy and comfortable navigating all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. This person will be working in a fast paced environment so it is crucial that they are able to balance multiple priorities and tasks. There will be times when this person be required to engage in meaningful conversations and act as a sounding board for their executive.
