Position Overview

Description We are looking for a Contract Administrative Assistant to support property management operations across multiple sites in Los Angeles, California. This position plays an important role in helping maintain day-to-day coordination for a portfolio of projects by combining office support with regular field presence. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working directly with tenants while assisting with inspections, documentation, and site-related follow-up.
