Position Overview

**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
This position will be responsible for supporting timely and accurate the Technical Service Management Office in administrative tasks. Part Time at first, full time job in the near future as per attitudes and competences.
- **Ensure that all reports of expenses are analyzed in a timely manner with proper recording and reporting.**:
- Record Credit card balances and report limits of credit weekly to the Technical Service Management.
- **Elaboration of budget requests for purchases with every cohort.**:
- Fill up formats to request monthly meals for technicians.
- **Fill up and request credit card and TOKA cards every new generation of technicians.**:
- Elaborate the Schedule for every new generation.
- **Elaborate monthly reports after having controlled the timesheets to calculate benefits for Technicians.**:
- Follow up and register of events and sequences for VISA requests.
