We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support with Expenses and Administrative duties in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is a Contract position that will focus on assisting with expenses
Responsibilities:
•Expense management
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
• Serve as a detail-focused point of contact for inbound communication and help route requests efficiently
Requirements
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong and detail-focused presence
• Ability to manage expense and basic administrative tasks
• Experience working in a corporate or financial environment; property management experience is not required
