We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for Parlour Gelato. Responsible for supporting daily business operations across HR, finance coordination, and office administration.
- Keep a record of monthly payroll and coordinate with Cabin Financial services to ensure timely accurate payroll, CPF contributions etc.
- Assist and manage job postings and interview scheduling
- Assist with new hire contracts and oversee new hire onboarding
- Update and maintain employee records, leave management, and staff benefits
- Work with Cabin on AP/AR to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments are made &/or payments are in
- Assist with ordering of supplies and ad hoc items
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
