Requirements:
 ‒ 2+ years of administrative or office support experience (operations or warehouse environment preferred)
 ‒ Strong computer skills, including:
  ○ Microsoft Outlook
  ○ Excel
  ○ PowerPoint
  ○ SharePoint
 ‒ Experience supporting meetings and senior staff
 ‒ Invoicing experience across multiple vendors and systems
 ‒ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 ‒ Excellent customer service and communication skills
 ‒ High level of patience, professionalism, and discretion

Day-to-Day:
Insight Global is hiring for an Admin Assistant to sit onsite in Phoenix, AZ. This admin assistant will be:
 ‒ Facilitate and support meetings, including:
  ○ Preparing conference rooms
  ○ Ordering food and beverages
  ○ Taking detailed meeting notes
