Description
We are working on a confidential search for an Administrative Assistant with real estate/leasing expertise. This Administrative Assistant will maintain and update internal records, draft and distribute internal and external communications, prepare meeting materials, create event agendas, coordinate travel arrangements, draft tenant documents, cover the reception area as needed, and assist other staff with administrative tasks. The ideal Administrative Assistant will be essential in ensuring the smooth coordination of tenant communications, lease documentations, and all clerical requests.
