Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support daily operations by serving as the first point of contact for incoming client requests. This individual will play a key role in answering phone calls, identifying client concerns, and creating accurate support tickets related to server or system issues. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
 ‒ Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls from clients
 ‒ Create and log tickets for server board issues and general client concerns
 ‒ Accurately document issue details, including urgency and impact
 ‒ Route tickets to the appropriate internal teams for resolution
 ‒ Monitor ticket progress and follow up to ensure timely completion
