Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support daily operations by serving as the first point of contact for incoming client requests. This individual will play a key role in answering phone calls, identifying client concerns, and creating accurate support tickets related to server or system issues. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
ββ’ Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls from clients
ββ’ Create and log tickets for server board issues and general client concerns
ββ’ Accurately document issue details, including urgency and impact
ββ’ Route tickets to the appropriate internal teams for resolution
ββ’ Monitor ticket progress and follow up to ensure timely completion
