Position Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the team
  • Coordinate project timelines, meetings, and follow up on action items with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, presentations, business reviews, and project documentation
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, E-commerce, and Regulatory to support daily operations
  • Monitor promotional activities, product listings, marketing plans, and commercial deliverables
  • Consolidate and analyse business data to support reporting and decision-making
  • Assist in the coordination of product launches, events, roadshows, and category initiatives
  • Support ad-hoc projects and administrative duties as assigned
