Position Overview

  • To provide secretarial and administrative support to supervisory staff .
  • To provide administrative support to Business Office – Account Receivable Section
  • To provide administrative support to ancillary staff in areas of systems requests & procurement of goods & services
Key accountabilities
  • Carries out office duties & functions in an expedient & professional manner
  • Assist to raise & track purchase requisitions / orders
  • Provide administrative support of purchase of office stationery & other office supplies
  • Liaise with vendor for office equipment/machine for maintenance.
  • Provide assistance & support Business Office – AR section
  • Any other assignments as & when required
