Position Overview

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing and document management.
  • Manage inventory records and assist with procurement of materials.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing requested documentation and records.
  • Coordinate meetings and take minutes as required.
  • Prepare regular reports on production metrics, performance, and areas for improvement.
  • To monitor the stock level of consumable items used in production.
  • Issue EPR for consumables items for production use.
  • Verify workers' monthly incentive records and submit.
  • Support onboarding of new production employees (smock issuance and documentation).
  • Identify areas to improve administrative efficiency and documentation accuracy.
  • Support digitalization initiatives such as converting manual reports into electronic formats.
