Position Overview

            Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks. 
Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries professionally. 
Prepare, draft, and format letters, reports, and other documents. 
Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic). 
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services. 
Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms. 
Maintain calendars for managers or departments. 
Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and transportation when required. 
Prepare meeting agendas and record meeting minutes. 
Enter and update data accurately in company systems. 
Maintain employee, client, and vendor records. 
Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
