Position Overview
Responsibilities :- Perform administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office Perform general administrative support to the relevant departments Handle general admin work such as filing, answering phone calls etc Resource management, responsible for requisition of office/building supplies Maintain good documentation and filing system Other administrative tasks as assigned Requirements :- GCE 'O'/'N' Level or ITE Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word Great team player who is independent with pleasant disposition Hardworking, self-driven and high sense of responsibility Able to start work immediately Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers Only Singaporean & SPR need to apply
