+ **Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM**

**What You’ll Do**


+ Serve as the first point of contact (phone & in-person)
+ Support patient intake, scheduling, and documentation
+ Confirm deliveries and complete data entry
+ Assist with billing, payments, and insurance questions
+ Maintain records (scan, file, fax)
+ Support equipment setup, returns, and basic warehouse tasks
+ Conduct follow-ups and customer satisfaction calls

**What You Bring**


+ High School Diploma or GED
+ 2+ years of office or customer service experience
+ Strong communication and multitasking skills
+ Basic computer skills (data entry, Outlook)
