Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a busy installation and project coordination team in California. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working with data, and confident communicating with customers in a clear and courteous manner. The person in this role will help keep reporting, order tracking, and billing updates accurate while supporting day-to-day coordination across active projects.
Responsibilities:
β’ Prepare and maintain reports in Microsoft Excel to provide the installation team with timely project information and status updates.
β’ Serve as a point of contact for customers by responding to questions related to purchase orders, project progress, and invoice details.
β’ Track purchase order activity and help ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and properly recorded.
