Position Overview

Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a busy installation and project coordination team in California. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working with data, and confident communicating with customers in a clear and courteous manner. The person in this role will help keep reporting, order tracking, and billing updates accurate while supporting day-to-day coordination across active projects.

Responsibilities:
β€’ Prepare and maintain reports in Microsoft Excel to provide the installation team with timely project information and status updates.
β€’ Serve as a point of contact for customers by responding to questions related to purchase orders, project progress, and invoice details.
