Job Summary
Provides administrative, logistical, and clerical support to ACCESS TB Operations Team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Prepares the administrative needs in the conduct of meetings (attendance sheet, venue, meals, handouts, etc.) including documentation and liquidation
- Prompt facilitation of purchase request, request for payments and other requests to other units
- Provide clerical support to the project
- Conducts and maintains inventory of units office supplies and equipment. Ensures availability when needed
- Regular coordination with and support to the SAM, RTLs, LO, PMOs, and POs related to activities under the different project components (MDRTB, TBHIV, TCP, RSSH)
- Provide the SAM and/or Program Director assistance with strategybased data collection and consolidation.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor and/or management.
