As WinSport's Administrative Coordinator, you will oversee diverse administrative duties within the Team & Culture department. This includes managing onboarding processes, supporting HRIS job changes, and coordinating volunteer and uniform programs. Your organizational skills will be essential in handling a variety of tasks with competing priorities while ensuring a smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary T&C contact for inquiries and requests
• Prepare employment confirmation and letters for team members
• Coordinate job grant applications and track deadlines
• Maintain current content on the T&C WinSportal
• Administer the Learning Management System for training
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Office Administration or HR
