Position Overview

Job Description:
  • Supports all administrative work required by Buses dept.
  • Jointly support with other admin executives in their admin duties.
  • Administrative work includes the following but may not be limited to:
  • Create invoice drafts and invoices to customers
  • Perform invoicing to customers
  • Upkeep Project Documentation of Operations
  • Assist in filing worksheets, checklists and job records
  • Using excel to record data, maintain database and organise data.
  • Creates Purchase Requisitions to department's required purchase
  • Record minutes of meeting where required
Requirements:
  • Min ITE graduate
  • 1 - 3 years of working experience
  • Proficient in SAP is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel
  • Knowledge of pivot tables is a plus
