Position Overview

Administrative Coordinator

Duties:

β€’ Serves as liaison in between department and offices

β€’ Provide assistance to staff, managers, and senior-level officers as required

β€’ Perform clerical duties, such as filing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails

β€’ Receive and forward communications to different staff, departments, and external parties

β€’ Directs administrative productivity in accordance with management directives

β€’ Serves as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, and external institutions and agencies on a range of specified issues; organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events, as required

β€’ Manage and coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, visa applications, and other logistics for Executives and Directors
