We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide essential support for order processing and documentation. The role focuses on data entry, scanning, filing, and preparing documents for review. You will work closely with your supervisor and support both the purchasing and production teams.
Responsibilities

+ Enter sales orders into the ERP system (Sage 100).

+ Prepare and scan contract review documents.

+ Send order confirmations to customers.
