Description
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day office operations and ensure administrative processes run smoothly. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, managing communications, maintaining records, and providing general support to internal teams and leadership.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate calendars, meetings, and administrative workflows
+ Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
+ Maintain records, databases, and confidential files
+ Support vendor coordination and supply ordering
+ Track deadlines and follow up on action items
Requirements
+ 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience
+ Strong Microsoft Office skills
+ Highly organized with attention to detail
