Position Overview

The Administrative Coordinator serves as the Centers on-campus operational hub, supporting day-to-day operations, communications, and logistics. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Center by handling administrative and operational tasks, assisting with special events, maintaining program budgets, overseeing communications, and supporting the Directors academic work. The coordinator also serves as the primary point of contact for routine inquiries and acts as a liaison between the Center and other campus departments. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
