We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join a dynamic non-profit organization. Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee daily office operations, including managing correspondence, organizing filing systems, and maintaining office supplies.
β’ Provide scheduling, documentation, and project support to the Executive Director and leadership team.
β’ Maintain and update records for donations, acknowledgments, volunteer activities, and constituent information.
β’ Prepare materials for Board of Directors meetings, attend meetings, and manage the creation and organization of meeting minutes.
