**Description**

The schedule for this new hire will be Monday- Friday 7AM-3:30PM.

This new hire will be the Operating Room Coordinator of the Surgical Hospital, which consists of 28 busy Operating Rooms. It is necessary that this person has great computer skills, have worked in the Epic OR scheduling System (preferred), and is an effective communicator and team player. This person will join a highly skilled scheduling team, all are team players and are very cohesive group. When scheduling cases, the team coordinates with OR site leadership, Anesthesia Team, Pre-Procedure Services, Pre-Care, site Medical Director, surgeons, surgeons schedulers, etc. This person is very much accountable to and communicate with the many groups of people in this role on a daily basis.

This person will not have contact with patients.
