Key Responsibilities:
- Process applications, onboarding, claims and other operational transactions.
- Review and verify documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records, update databases and prepare reports.
- Handle enquiries and liaise with internal teams, customers and external partners.
- Support daily operations and perform general administrative duties.
- Undertake other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- GCE 'A' Level, Diploma or higher qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail and numeracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive team player with good interpersonal skills.
