Position Overview
1. Daily Office Operations . Oversee and manage daily office workflows to ensure seamless operations. . Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment coordinate timely replenishment and servicing. 2. Administrative Support & Coordination . Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars for management and teams. . Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support across departments. 3. Communication & Stakeholder Management . Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and service providers. . Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence in a professional and timely manner. 4. Documentation & Records Management . Handle all paperwork, filing systems, and document management (physical and digital). . Perform data entry and ensure integrity of information across administrative systems. 5.
