Position Overview

Administrative Facility Specialist

Responsibilities

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for camp residents and address their concerns promptly.
  2. Coordinate with third-party service providers for maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and other services.
  3. Handle staff complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
  4. Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities (Wi‑Fi, recreation areas, etc.).
  5. Oversee food services to ensure quality, hygiene, and nutritional standards.
  6. Ensure service providers meet contractual and quality requirements.
  7. Maintain records of deliveries, parcels, and camp-related documentation.
  8. Support resident check‑in and check‑out processes.
  9. Facilitate communication between management, service providers, and staffs.
  10. Prepare reports on camp operations, issues, and staff’s feedback.
