Position Overview

Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support 
Maintain and organize company files, records, and documents 
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries 
Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities 
Prepare reports, forms, and other documentation as needed 
Monitor and check office inventory and stock levels regularly  
Prepare materials lists for procurement, especially when stock levels are low or unavailable  
Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing team for replenishment of materials 
Support other departments with administrative requirements
