Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to lead administrative operations and office management for a complex large scale infrastructure programme. This role will ensure efficient coordination of administrative functions to support project teams and senior leadership.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of administrative experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Proven experience managing administrative support within large projects or corporate environments
  • Strong organisational coordination and people management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and document management systems
  • Experience supporting infrastructure engineering or construction projects is highly advantageous
  • Middle East, particularly UAE, experience is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day to day administrative operations of the programme office
