- Conduct comprehensive market research, demographic analysis, competitor mapping and trade area evaluation to identify high-potential store locations aligned with business expansion strategy
- Perform detailed on-site inspections, foot traffic counting, site feasibility assessments and financial ROI analysis for candidate locations
- Manage full-cycle lease negotiations, including term sheets, rental rates, fit-out periods, lease agreements and handover procedures; liaise with landlords, real estate agents and legal teams to finalize transactions
