Position Overview

WE’RE HIRING: Administrative Officer | Accra

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to support daily office operations and ensure administrative efficiency across the organization.



Requirements:

Minimum of 3- 5 years’ experience in an administrative role

HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

Manage office correspondence and documentation

Coordinate meetings, schedules and administrative activities

Maintain records, filing systems and office supplies

Support management with reports and operational tasks

Ensure smooth day-to-day office administration
