Clients Administrator, Employee Benefits
The role is responsible for managing the day‑to‑day administration of employee benefits policies, with a primary focus on policy endorsements, invoicing and client servicing. Working closely with clients, insurers and third‑party administrators (TPAs), the position ensures the accurate and timely processing of policy changes, invoice management and regulatory compliance, while delivering a high standard of customer service. The role also supports client relationship management by resolving queries, coordinating requests and maintaining effective communication throughout the policy lifecycle.
