Position Overview
Summary The position functions as the Administrative Officer for the Executive Leadership under the Office of Director of the San Francisco VA Health Care System (SFVAHCS). Primary responsibilities include supervising, coordinating workflow, prioritizing tasks, and redirecting Administrative Support Assistants based on priorities. The employee will perform administrative functions that include budget, finance, space planning, property management, supply, and general administration management. Responsibilities Major duties include: Directs all administrative activities of the Service including budget and financial management, human resource management, strategic planning and program management and evaluation, assuring that the clinical and administrative functions are integrated in order to provide optimum utilization of resources.
