About the Role

The Administrative Officer is the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and timely support across departments. This role is based in Jakarta and works closely with SCG’s business units in cement, packaging, and trading.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage correspondence, schedules, meeting arrangements, and travel bookings for teams and managers.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and internal records in compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate office supply management, vendor services, and facility-related requests.
  • Support event preparation, training sessions, and team activities.
  • Assist in handling expense reports, petty cash, and basic procurement requests.
