Position Overview
As an Administrative Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers throughout their certification journey with UL Solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Manage and maintain customer accounts and project information.
+ Review, organize, and analyze customer documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
+ Contact customers to request missing information and follow up on project requirements.
+ Open and maintain customer projects within multiple internal systems.
+ Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments.
+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding project status, invoicing, certifications, and general service requests.
+ Track project milestones and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
